The release of Gutenberg 3.2 brings with it a number of bug fixes and enhancements. Among the improvements are APIs for inline images and inline blocks, the ability to convert columns to parent/child blocks, the ability to register new block categories, and a new modal component.

Matias Ventura notes this release “generally completes our MVP feature set for the editor,” so the focus from now on will be bugs, small enhancements, compatibility, and API stability.
