Human Made are looking for someone who can join our team in North America, picking up our inbound sales enquiries and driving outbound activity. We need someone who can ensure we land all the projects that are a great fit for our capabilities and experience and build high value, sustainable, long lasting relationships with new clients.
Our professional services business is growing, and with our new Altis product we have the potential to grow far faster, and this role is expected to deliver that. We want to see doubled revenue year on year, and a faster growth of the PaaS business.
We need someone who can hit the ground running, who’s fully understands how software development agencies deliver value into large to enterprise sized businesses, and can tell that story in a compelling way in written proposals and pitches delivered in person and remotely. You’ll have a fantastic global team backing you up, a culture of transparency and collaboration, and hundreds of years of experience of delivering open source software in colleagues happy to help.
You’ll need to be confident enough to drive the sales process yourself, from initial contact through to close, and to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues for technical advice. Crucially you’ll need a strong sense of when and how to hand off the relationship to the account manager who will deliver on the promises we’ve made.
