North UX is seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager. This is a part-time, contract position responsible for maintaining client relationships, and ensuring incoming requests are handled in a timely manner. We focus on marketing technology projects and achieve client goals by developing public facing websites. The projects are often, but not exclusively, developed in WordPress. Although this is not a development position, familiarity with the WordPress admin interface, ability to make adjustments for client sites directly, and knowledge of development workflow is required. You will be expected to coordinate work requests with our development team via the North UX client portal, Slack, Asana and email.

- Robust knowledge of the WordPress dashboard
- 2+ years of Customer Support experience
- Ability to create and maintain organizational systems
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent in English, and ability to quickly write professional correspondence
- Daily availability, Monday – Friday to ensure requests are responded to within an appropriate time frame.
