SiteCare, an all-in-one lead generation and WordPress maintenance solution for business owners, marketing teams, bloggers, agencies, and freelancers who want to elevate their brand online, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with a variety of leaders in technical, marketing, and executive roles.

The SDR serves as our initial point of contact for our potential clients. This role is responsible for contacting customers from our lead generation efforts, including phone, chat, and website. They will document all leads in our CRM, pre-qualify them, and then schedule a call with a member of our leadership team.

The SDR is ambitious, passionate, detail- and goal-oriented. The leader holding the role of the SDR is consistent and undaunted. The SDR requires a high level of technical understanding, a relentless desire to succeed, and a passion for being part of a winning team.
