Post Status Publish is focused on web professionals. It includes two days of conference and networking opportunities to chat with like-minded folks.
Purpose
It’s common to go to conferences, but spend most of your time in the hallway track, and miss some of the talks. The goal for Post Status Publish is to bring the hallway track to the main stage.
We’ll have presentations that don’t usually get the chance to be on the main stage. We’ll break out of the standard format. It will be a mix of conversations, interviews, and case studies.
For Publish, we have pulled unique voices that we haven’t often heard in the web community, and I’m pretty confident it’s going to be a special event. The event content is focused around four areas:
- Web publishing
- eCommerce
- Web hosting
- Business on the web
I know as well as anyone that the conference circuit can get tiring. This event is structured in a way that is new and different. For instance, the talks and hallway track are all in the same space; and the social components are going to be highly integrated with the schedule.
The way I like to think of Publish is as a big in-person mastermind. It’s casual, personal, and I hope quite thought provoking.
If you are all too accustomed to typical conference talks and want to go deeper, higher, farther – all in a collaborative and friendly environment – Post Status Publish is for you.
