eCommerceFuel has released it’s annual State of the Merchant report. This year over 450 store owners participated. A few statistics stood out:
- Overall revenue growth in the broad eCommerce market is estimated to be around 23% or so annually.
- Very little margin erosion, despite Amazon’s increasing market share.
- For the majority of store owners, free, organic traffic is still their #1 source.
