It is the season for version 2.5, apparently. Both WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads have had major feature releases lately, both to 2.5 (which is arbitrary but fun).

Easy Digital Downloads includes a new export tool for reporting, revamped settings screens, a way to reset your store completely (scary, but nice!), and a number of other nice improvements.

The new WooCommerce includes a WooCommerce CLI interface, a speedier Backbone driven tax management interface, and significant performance improvements.

Shopify has announced three WordPress themes and an official Shopify eCommerce plugin to help WordPress sites start selling using Shopify. Shopify partnered with Themezilla, Themify, and Ultralinx for the launch.
