We are looking to grow the LifterLMS customer support team. Primary activities include answering customer support tickets, writing documentation, identifying & submitting bug reports, new release QA testing, proactively making product improvement suggestions to increase customer success, and attending a quick 15 minute daily (M-F) virtual scrum on Zoom.
The top candidates will have strong empathetic customer support skills, a long history with WordPress, familiarity with LifterLMS, patience, and strong diagnostic, listening, and problem solving abilities.
