WP Encrypt is a new WordPress plugin that generates and manage Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates for your WordPress sites.
Let’s Encrypt is far easier than normally setting up SSL, but the certificates are valid for 90 days and need constant renewals. This plugin will automatically renew existing certificates before they expire.
The reviews so far are all five stars, but I don’t know much about this yet, and I’m curious how, as a plugin, it is interacting with various parts of WordPress. I know Zack Tollman, Eric Lewis, and some other folks were looking into Let’s Encrypt possibilities with WordPress, so it’s worth keeping an eye on this plugin.
