Jason Cohen, of WP Engine, talks about the unachievable goal of 100% uptime for hosts. He lays out the reality very nicely. It’s great to see that logic. I added my own remarks in the comments, because I think more can be done upfront to reduce unhappy customers during the 0.01% of the time.
