- Create experimental stats before publishing — Some experimental stats need to be drafted for analysis before making any 5FTF numbers public. This will allow the team to check the results for accuracy and decide exactly what stats are useful before publishing any figures and building reports.
- Record all Slack channel interactions instead of meeting attendance? — A proposal to count all Slack interactions (not just in meeting periods) as contributions.
