BuddyPress 4.0.0 (“Pequod”) has been released, and it comes with a suite of tools allowing users and site admins to manage member data and privacy. There’s a new “Export Data” settings panel, and the entire plugin works better now with WordPress’s Privacy Policy tools. The focus on privacy and control of data is really a nice improvement.
