Community Roundup Week Ending April 5

WordPress 6.5

WordPress 6.5 has been released! This release is named for Regina Carter, an American jazz violinist who “explores the power of music through the voice of the violin.” She is the winner of many awards and accolades. • Improved link controls

• Accessibility improvements
• More control over images in Cover blocks
• Smoother drag-and-drop
• Bring interactions to blocks with the Interactivity API
• Connect blocks to custom fields or other dynamic content
• Add appearance tools to Classic themes
• Explore improvements to the plugin experience
