WordPress Events
I’ve been to well over 100 WordPress events, both online and in person. I’ve organized dozens, spoken at even more, and mentored a few, too.
And one thing that stands out above everything is this: every person who puts energy into these events does it with good intentions, hoping that every attendee will learn something new, make connections, and find ways to use WordPress and maybe even contribute to it, too.
WordCamp US is coming up next month, the third of the three flagship events this year. And I’m excited to be going.
I can promise that the organizers are working hard, fixing issues, making preparations, communicating constantly, and hoping you will attend and find the time worthwhile.
This year at WCUS we have a new day to take in: Showcase Day. I’m excited to see the kinds of projects and sites that will be showcased at the conference.
As always, I’ll be posting and sharing across socials throughout the process. Follow along!
