Rainmaker is a hosted website platform by Copyblogger, which I covered when it launched last year. It’s a big growth area for Copyblogger — who of course you should know owns the StudioPress brand — and today they announced a new vertical with their Rainmaker podcast network.
This is of little relevance to the WordPress world as a whole, other than that it’s by a company heavily invested in WordPress and it’s built on WordPress. I just thought you may want to know about it. The podcasts are pretty publishing / marketing centric, for you podcast fans that may be interested; some of the names on those podcasts are pretty well known in the WordPress space too.
