Dan Cameron realized his refund rates are twice as high as another plugin seller, and got a little worried. Upon inspection, he’s not too upset. I agree with him; I think the balance of conversions (that you may have to refund) is better than people opting out from a demo. I’ve also heard that sometimes admin demos can be quite negative on sales.
