I enjoyed this post from James Governor about how Amazon AWS is fighting the “must hire young” movement in tech. This made me think about the WordPress workforce in ten years or so. Since we can expect an increase in older but experienced developers who are still effectively contributing, I don’t see WordPress companies hiring just for youth — quite the opposite actually.
