Gutenberg 3.1 is out, with (among many other things) tips interface for new users, ability to transform paragraph blocks into single quote blocks, improvements to the mobile block toolbar, better accessibility in a number of areas, and a long list of bug fixes. There seems to be alot more polish put into this release and likely will only see that continue in the weeks ahead.
