Gutenberg is in beta, and an official testing page has been published on Make WordPress, with links to forms to provide generic feedback via a Google form, or you can contribute via GitHub. They are looking for specific task based tests and general opinions. The page notes you can send this form as many times as you want.
With quite a few changes happening to Gutenberg on a weekly basis, it’s hard to keep up. But it is iterating fast.
