Gutenberg 2.8 was released officially on May 4. Gutenberg 3.1 is out, with (among many other things) tips interface for new users, ability to transform paragraph blocks into single quote blocks, improvements to the mobile block toolbar, better accessibility in a number of areas, and a long list of bug fixes.
