Joshua Benton, of Harvard’s Nieman Lab, has released a plugin to allow authors to highlight text in an article and make it easy for users to tweet that selected text. Extended from Salim Virani’s Tweetable Text plugin, and further inspired from a similar application from SNL, Benton’s Tweetable Text plugin looks like a nice and subtle way to direct readers to tweet about an article with text of your own choosing.
