I like this honest piece from Michelle Schulp on what drives her to be heavily involved in being a developer, attending conferences, and running a WordCamp. I know quite a few people that lead similar lives, where it seems like you see their names or faces at seemingly almost every other conference or in Slack dealing with the next big project. Different people have different motivations, and along with that different challenges.
Not everyone is as busy as Michelle, but we all lead busy lives. At the very least I can say I can relate to some of what she opens up about.
