Jigowatt, the company who develops the Jigoshop eCommerce plugin for WordPress has transferred ownership of the plugin over to Proxar IT Consulting, enabling Jigowatt to concentrate on the website design and development side of their business.

sooo when a well known company hires away your devs and launches a competing product based on the code of your own… it’s hard to keep running said business? weird.
Chuck, Clearly you have no idea what is happening. As a result of recent acquisition Jigoshop has got a dedicated management and twice as many developers as previously. You will see number of improvements over the following weeks.
