POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Product Manager with a passion for WordPress to own and drive the success of our WordPress management solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating meaningful product features that enhance the WordPress website creation, performance, and management experience. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading web hosting companies, build innovative solutions, and contribute to the expansion of WebPros’ products.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a product focused on simplifying the end-to-end experience of creating and managing WordPress websites.
- Contribute to long-term product vision and strategy for WordPress products.
- Align product strategy to company objectives and target key results.
- Partner with the engineering team and other product managers across teams to translate product strategy into initiatives, epics, and executable stories.
- Keep current on the competitive WordPress landscape and user needs, conduct competitive analysis, and lead innovation in owned product.
- Work across WebPros with Engineering, Product Marketing, Product UX, Sales, Support, and other departments to ensure the overall success of the product.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in an Agile software development environment.
- 2+ years of experience with WordPress and/or WordPress-focused products and active involvement in the WordPress community.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, provide product demos, and collect customer feedback.
- Able to communicate effectively in a global company to both technical and commercial audiences.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to work remotely or in an office environment for extended periods of time; manual dexterity (eye/hand coordination); repetitive arm/hand movements; work remotely or in an office environment.
Specific abilities required by this job include: Near vision; hearing; ability to transport oneself as needed throughout the day; ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display.
WebPros is a 24/7 operation and nontraditional or extended hours (including weekends) may be occasionally required.
