John Blackbourn gave an excellent lightning talk on Git Bisect. (His slides are here.) Trust me — if you work with Git at all as a developer, the things John has to show you will blow your mind. John also recently released a new version of the Query Monitor plugin that includes a new panel for debugging blocks in post content. It supports both WordPress 5.0 and sites running 4.9 with the Gutenberg plugin.
