Another Medium post that caught my attention. The author heard someone actually say, “How do you make programmers in a startup work 60–80 hours a week?”
The purpose of the post was best described by the image used.
There are some other good tips in the post for sure (mostly on how to lead), but for the most part, people just want to work for leaders. Not bosses.
