The feeling of inclusion and honesty. From the news, to the opinions, to the community, I feel I’m being informed and supported. ❤️
What business/web/WordPress advice do you have for others in our industry?
Less is more in almost everything external to ourselves. As designers and developers we should attempt to help clients see that working within constraints is good. It leads to both more creativity and more inclusion. Keeping your UX/UI simple makes the website better for your clients and their audiences. There’s less to break. Less to update. Less energy consumption. It’s more accessible. It’s faster. It saves time and money. I try to impress upon the people I make websites for that having constraints forces us to be more creative in what we put up on our sites. While we want the site to look beautiful, the main priority is achieving the goal it was built for. I have yet to meet one person who’s goal was to win a flashiest website contest 🙂
