Sirvelia, the makers of customized plugins for WordPress and WooCommerce, and the team behind Ploogins, a plugin directory for both free and premium plugins, have created a new WordCamp app, called WC & WP Events just in time for WordCamp Europe.

The app draws from the list of official WordCamps, then populates the app with speakers and sessions, which you can add to a list within the app of those you would like to attend. It also pays homage to event sponsors by listing them as well.

Amadeu Arderiu from Sirvelia said “We were thinking about some cool ideas for our booth at WCEU this year. Initially we thought about some ideas around raffles, but in the end we realized there was no app for the event. So, we quickly started to develop a mobile app that will help you choose talks, get to know the speakers and sponsors. We hope to add some networking features as well.”

While attendees are always able to pull up the event website, having all of the information available in an app is much more convenient and should help attendees navigate WordPress events going forward.

The app is now available in the Apple store and on Google Play. Check it out, and let us know what you think!
