Event COVID Policy:
We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation in Oklahoma and are making decisions for the safety of our community based on guidance from WordPress Community Support and local health department guidelines.
Our commitment to you is to continue to plan and prepare to bring you an amazing (and safe) Partner Retreat 2022. As a result, we have updated our COVID-19 protocols for the event.
Attendees should only participate if…
- You are symptom-free (Fever or chills, Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea)
- A Negative Covid test is required for all guests, regardless of your vaccination status. (If you choose not to test before the event, an at home test will be provided to you).

Requirements for all attendees…
- Stay at home if you feel even a tiny bit sick or exhibiting any symptoms listed above.
- Temperature checks are required for entry on both days.
- Masks will be required while inside our venue except when actively eating or drinking. (Medical grade masks only.)
- If you start to show symptoms or feel ill during your stay, please Slack DM: Talisha Lewallen and an at home Covid test will be provided to you. While you are awaiting your results or if you test positive a private zoom link will be provided for you to safely participate.
Social Distancing
We will have stickers available to affix to name badges so that each attendee can designate the level of social distancing they prefer.

You are not required to wear a mask in the hotel whether you are vaccinated or not. The rooms are cleaned daily. If you do not want to have housekeeping within the time that you are here, please tell the front desk at check in.
The Post Status team encourages you to wear your mask in the hotel regardless of the hotel’s policy. Post Status team members will be required to wear medical grade masks during the duration of our hotel stay and inside our event.
