Phil Derksen recently announced that his product WP Simple Pay has been acquired by Sandhills Development, the home of Easy Digital Downloads and Restrict Content Pro.
Phil notes that WP Simple Pay will remain an independent WordPress plugin for the foreseeable future. Phil’s role is now focused on the plugin’s direction as a product, its marketing, and improving Stripe integrations at Sandhills.
