While his price increases make perfect logical sense, some of his old pricing didn’t, resulting in some plugins seeing as much as a 250% price increase. Pippin goes into the backstory and reasons for the changes, and as you would expect not everyone was happy about it.
No matter your opinion on the reasoning, I always love Pippin’s transparency. It’s too early for definitive understanding of the impact of these changes, but Pippin notes that “we are confident that it will prove to have been the right choice in 3-6 months.
