Nick Haskins has a neat little plugin called Idea Factory, which allows website visitors to submit and vote on ideas (demo video here). He’s put it up for adoption so he can focus on his full-time job and his Aesop Story Engine side project.
You can find Idea Factory and other plugins up for adoption on the WordPress plugin directory using the “adopt-me” tag.
This would be a great adoption for someone. The plugin is already quite slick, and he says he has a new version ready to go already that just needs tagging. You can contact him easiest on Twitter @nphaskins, I presume.
