A Twitter Spaces Link Will Be Coming Soon

Post Status is hosting a live gathering this Friday at 10 AM (ET) to discuss the state of WordPress Notifications in the Admin interface.
Justin Tadlock has been calling attention to plugins that are inserting unneeded notices and upsells in the WordPress editor sidebar panels. Alain Schlesser points to the WP Notify project as one possible solution. Luke Carbis called Clarity, an aggressive new Admin ad blocker from Stanislav Khromov, “the plugin of the year” in a discussion with Jonathan Wold on the Crossword podcast.
What’s to be done about Admin interface ad pollution? Is there a way to satisfy both end users and plugin/theme authors?
