One of the WordPress community’s gentle giants, Remkus, wrote a great post recently on honest feedback. The processes of giving and receiving feedback can be delicate, and both need to be handled with thoughtfulness. Remkus shares some thoughts on how we could better approach giving feedback while preserving our humanity. The excuse, “I was just being honest”, when giving feedback without regard for the recipient’s feelings shouldn’t fly.
