Ryan McCue has created a tiny utility to allow submitting pull requests to WordPress. Matt Mullenweg announced in one of his previous State of the Word talks that folks would be able to contribute to WordPress via Github — but it hasn’t gone very far. Ryan’s utility app is a nice stopgap for now.
