Scott Amerman unveils a new WPEngine feature called “Flexible Workflows.” As the name suggests, Flexible Workflows allows teams to design their own development and deployment workflows. Some teams might want only a staging and production environment. Others might want a development, staging, and production environment that all have the same performance specs to ensure a consistent experience throughout.
Flexible Workflows seems simple enough to set up. It will be interesting to hear feedback from WPEngine developers as they test drive this feature.
