Hugo Baeta posted this weekend on the Make WordPress Design blog, noting some upcoming changes in WordPress 4.2 to the default color scheme.
The changes are subtle, making the blues bluer and the blacks have small shades of blues. I think the changes are quite nice:
It’s easy to claim “change for the sake of change,” but I don’t see this as such. The changes are minor, and I’m sure they weren’t prompted by an outcry from users, but this is also a clear improvement in my opinion.
