This is pretty quick iteration for Support Dash. Their beta launch was in July. I hope this new direction works well for them. I know HelpScout is a very good customers service app and it's used by a number of WordPress companies. This could be a great tool for them.
Support Dash has announced they are transitioning from a standalone in-dashboard customer service app to a HelpScout app. Ben Sibley says the new app “will reduce the time you spend on support by providing you with key information inside every ticket. This includes your users’ URL, browser, WP version, and more.”
