The Awesome Motive team (the same people behind Envira Gallery, OptinMonster, and other plugins) created SupportAlly – a page meant to give tech support teams better ways to confirm a client’s web environment (browser, etc) and thereby able to provide better support.
It offers common information like browser type, dimensions, and operating system info. This has been done before, but I like the clean look of this one.
