The thing a few weeks ago where WP Updates went down, turned out after being sold to an anonymous buyer, is really quite irksome. I covered it then. I see where Dev7Studios was coming from, just trying to sell a business; but if you sell anonymously under non-disclosure, then when things go south it just ends up looking bad on you, the seller. Lesson learned, I’m sure. But I hope you all learn that lesson too.
In that case, there has been no followup and some hoped, from WP Updates. Honestly, anyone using it should just get out of there. Another service, called WP Pusher, whose purpose in general confuses me, is dealing with leaving WP Updates now.
