This week (May 27) marked the 16th anniversary of the first version of WordPress (0.7), and the core team published the release agenda for WordPress 5.2.2.

📆 The schedule for 5.2.2 is:

  • Release Candidate 1: Monday, June 3, 2019
  • Release Candidate 2: Monday, June 10, 2019
  • Final release: Thursday, June 13, 2019
