Paw and Postman are two tools to help you play with RESTful API’s. Paw is a $29 mac app and Postman is a freemium Chrome extension. From the way it looks to me, Paw is to Postman as Transmit is to FileZilla.
If you’re using the WordPress REST API in any fashion, a tool like this will come in handy. Here’s a Hacker News thread about these two apps.
