When it comes to accessibility, I’ve seen a number of articles over the years that have made me appreciate what making an accessible site really means. I was surprised again after reading a piece at Smashing Magazine on designing sites for living with dementia. I was shocked to learn that by the end of 2015, there were an estimated 46.8 million people worldwide living with dementia.
