It Takes a Village

WordPress 6.4 “Shirley,” was released this week. I won’t go over the details of what it included, or any issues that folks had when installing it (Nathan covered that here).

I want to say how impressed I always am at how many people contribute to each release. They’re from all over the world. They’re from different skillsets. Different experiences. Different points of view. And every time (even with hiccups here and there) they produce the software that our entire ecosystem (and many of our livelihoods) continues to run on.

Hats off to each and every person who contributed to 6.4. I was proud to be among you, and look forward to more great things to come.

(Also, I feel like I need to add a haiku to each week’s wrap-up now. 😂)
