Congrats to our friends at Drupal, who last month celebrated the first anniversary of Drupal 8. Drupal and WordPress core development differs when it comes to major versions; to WordPress developers, it might seem a little odd to celebrate an anniversary of a year for a single version. Of course, it will be interesting to see how perspective changes for WordPress releases under the new system.
Dries Buytaert lists a few examples of sites that use the latest version of Drupal, including nba.com. The NBA uses WordPress too, though 😉
