Bill Erickson and Jared Atchison have recently released a plugin called EA Share that leverages the SharedCount.com API to quickly retrieve, cache, and display various social sharing counts.
I actually started integrating this plugin for a recent plugin and I can say first-hand that it’s so far easily to work with and highly customizable.
