The first WordCamp Harare (Zimbabwe) recently happened, and Hugh Lashbrooke gives a recap of it. Harare is particularly interesting because it came about via the WordCamp Incubator program. The incubator so far seems to be a success in establishing events in more remote places where there is a spark of a WordPress community that needs a little fanning into a flame.
