The WP Site Care team has written exactly how they manage migrations, with a mix of WP Migrate DB Pro and the Interconnect/IT Search and Replace script. It’s a good guide, but I’ve personally not used that Interconnect/IT script since I started using WP CLI. I’m curious why they prefer it.
