Well, this is a bit scary. Freek Van der Herten shares how Digital Ocean deleted his entire server. Wham, gone. Amazingly, his advice isn’t to not use Digital Ocean, but just to know the risks of the cheap VPS provider, and be sure to use a backup if you do anything serious there.
