Tom McFarlin received an email asking him how long it would take to master WordPress. Tom’s answer is fantastic. I do have something in addition to what Tom said to keep in mind as you are on your journey (note you are always on your journey) of mastering WordPress. You will still know more than someone else, and if you carefully choose which clients you serve and what services you provide, you can still do well as a consultant even if you don’t feel like an expert.
